Hello and Welcome,

After running a successful business in Sacramento, CA for 12 years, the decision to move to Cabo San Lucas after our first visit was surprisingly easy. All we had to do was sell the house, cars, business and pack up. 3 months later we were in Cabo and have been here since 1996.

We have found that Cabo is indeed the perfect spot for more reasons than we ever thought. We felt Cabo San Lucas would be a great place to start a family and after 10 years of marriage we were blessed with a little girl, Macy.

We have truly found happiness here in paradise. My wife, Sue, and I work together at Cabo4Sale — Sue takes care of the administrative end while I stick to what I know best — helping people find their dream home. Due to the boom in the Los Cabos area, the company has grown to include a team of agents, an escrow agent and a secretary.

Meet our team...

We have two offices to serve you — the sales office is located in Plaza de la Danza, next door to Dairy Queen, and the administrative office is located on the way into town on the right-hand side in the Villas del Sol Building.

We have grown to care about our little seaside community, and we work towards improving the area through the local Optimist Club where I hold the Vice-Presidents chair.

After several years, my family and I have realized that living in Cabo San Lucas has meant not only a change of address but also a change of lifestyle that has truly enhanced our lives.
